Name: Bread Machine Dog Biscuits
Ingredients: Put ingredients in machine in order which your machine instructs.; 1 c. beef or possibly chicken broth; 1/4 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk; 1/4 tsp salt; 1 c. wheat germ; 1 c. bread flour; 1 c. whole wheat flour; 1/2 c. powdered Brewers Yeast (I use the kind with garlic added, very good for coat and flea control); 1 1/2 tsp dry yeast. Preheat oven to 325. Put ingredients into bail of machine, use dough cycle. When machine signals which dough is complete cold and roll out on a board floured with 1/2 flour 1/2 corn meal. Roll dough to about; 1/4 x " thickness and cut into different shapes. Let rise for about; 10 x -15 min and then bake for about 1/5 hour, or possibly to desired

Crispness. My youngest dog sits in the kitchen and waits for these to come out of the oven. I let them cold and put them in covered container (of course, after they are sampled by the waiting dogs) They last indefinitely.
