3 C white vinegar
3 C sugar
2 T mustard seed
2 tsp, celery seed
1 tsp. turmeric
2-3 T salt
pinch clove powder

Slice pickles 1/2 inch thin and place them in containers.
Combo all other ingredients and pour over cucumbers to the top, taking care to equally distribute seasonings.
Securely close tops of containers and refrigerate one week before opening.
