Ингредиенты
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. brandy
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 lb sweet potatoes peeled and diced
Инструкции
- In a large skillet heat the butter or possibly margarine. Stir in the brown sugar, brandy and salt. Stir till smooth. Add in the sweet potatoes. Cook over low heat, stirring gently, till sweet potatoes are heated through and well glazed.
- NOTES : This is a Thanksgiving favorite of ours for many years because it is different from the many mashed sweet potatoes recipes.
