- 4 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. White corn syrup
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 stk butter
- 1/2 c. Brn. sugar
- 1 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. Minced pecans
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 4 Tbsp. Kentucky Bourbon

- Whisk flour into bourbon - set aside. Heat butter. Beat Large eggs and fold in all remaining ingredients. Add in bourbon and butter. Stir. Pour into shell. Cook at 350 degrees 50-60 min.
