Ingredients: 3 lrg sweet potatoes; 1 c. sugar; 2 x Large eggs; 1 stk butter softened; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 1/3 c. melted butter; 1/3 c. flour; 1 c. brown sugar; 1 c. minced pecans; 1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Ингредиенты

3 lrg sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 x Large eggs
1 stk butter softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 c. melted butter
1/3 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. minced pecans
1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Инструкции

Boil potatoes till tender. Remove skins when cooled. Put into a large bowl and whip them till fluffy. Add in remaining ingredients.
Pour into a greased casserole and top with the Crunch Topping (combine ingredients). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
