- 3 c. blue crab meat
- 1 med. potato, boiled and mashed
- 1/2 c. cooked onion
- 1 c. bread crumbs, unseasoned
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp. garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c. sweet vermouth
- 1/4 pound butter
Инструкции
- Place crab meat, mashed potato, onion and 1/2 c. bread crumbs in bowl. Add in 2 Large eggs to mix and blend to make crab cakes. Dust with garlic pwdr. Beat 1 egg in bowl and pour 1/2 c. bread crumbs into another bowl. Dip crab cakes in egg and roll in bread crumbs. Cook for 3 min in frying pan, then pour vermouth, then brown each side.
