- 2 x garlic cloves crushed
- 1/2 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

- Combine basil and garlic in a food processor or possibly blender. Mince together. Add in oil, blue cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Process till proportionately blended.
- If not using immediately, cover and chill. Let return to room temperature before using.
