  1. Blackberry Cream Sorbet
  2. Heat sugar and 3/4 c water over medium heat till mix sticks to the back of a mixing spoon, about 5 min. Cold slightly.
  3. Puree Blackberries with cooled sugar mix.
  4. Add in egg whites to above mix, blend and freeze in ice-cream maker or possibly pour into loaf pan and freeze till nearly solid. Chop into small pcs, puree, then refreeze till ready to serve.
  5. Garnish each serving with a raspbery.
  6. Serves 8.
