- 2 lb Boneless pork loin
- 1/4 c. Butter, (softened)
- 1 Tbsp. Molasses
- 1 x Lemon juice only Salt and coarse black pepper to taste

- Cut pork loin into 8 pcs (approximately 4 ounce. each). Stir together butter, molasses, and lemon juice with a wooden spoon. Cover and chill. Rub chops on both sides proportionately with salt and pepper.
- Grill chops over medium warm coals for 12-15 min. Top each chop with molasses butter.
- Serves 4
