- 2 T butter
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Heat chocolate, butter and lowfat milk over hot water till melted. Pour into blender. Add in sugar and vanilla. Cover and process till smooth. Can substitute orange juice for lowfat milk if using on Crocus Cake.
