  1. For filling: Mix dry pudding and lowfat milk and refrigeratefor one hour. Beat
  2. whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla 'til stiff. Fold into pudding mix. Chill several hrs.
  3. For Cream puffs: Bring water, salt and butter to boil over medium heat.
  4. Remove and add in flour. Mix well. Return to low heat, stirring constantly, till mix pulls away from side of pan and forms a ball. Beat in Large eggs one at a time 'til well mixed.
  5. Drop dough from tsp. onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Puffs will look "dry" when done.
  6. For Topping: Mix all ingredients in a double boiler till chocolate melts.
  7. Keep hot. Slice through puffs horizontally and add in about a Tbsp.
  8. of filling. Take remaining cap and drag through topping. Place on filled puff. Must be refrigerated before serving. Best if made same day as
  9. needed - otherwise they get soggy.
