- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. oil
- 7 egg yolks
- 3/4 c. orange juice
- 2 teaspoon orange flavoring
- 2 teaspoon orange rind
- 10 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
Инструкции
- Sift together flour, sugar, salt and baking pwdr into mixing bowl. Make well and add in oil, egg yolks, orange juice, flavoring and rind. Bate till well blended.In separate bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar till very stiff peaks form. Mix in egg mix into egg whites and fold till blended.
- Bake in a 9x13 inch ungreased pan at 325 degrees for 45 min or possibly till cake tester comes out clean.
