- 2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 boxes frzn spinach
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 boxes cream cheese
- 1 c. crushed pecans
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 c. Gorganzola cheese
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2/3 c. goat cheese
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 375°F.Defrost spinach.
- Mix together cream cheese, Parmesan, and mayonnaise in a large bowl with electric mixer. Then, gently mix in pecans, Gorganzola cheese, artichokes, garlic, and spinach.
- Place in a baking dish approximately 8"x13" inches.
- Sporadically sprinkle bread crumbs over the top, allowing the dip to show through.
- Then scatter the mozzarella on top, and top it off with chunks of goat cheese!
- Leave in the oven till top is golden, then take out and serve.
