- 1 pkg. butter mix fudge or possibly devils food cake mix
- 1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. water
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (8 ounce) lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. minced pecans

- Fold in bowl; nuts and chocolate chips, coat with 1 tbsp cake mix. Set aside. To cake mix: add in the pudding - blend a little. Then add in all remaining ingredients. Beat 3 min, scraping bowl frequently. Mix in chips and nuts by hand. Pour into large (12 cup) Bundt pan, greased and lightly floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min, test with toothpick. Cool 20 min. Place on cake dish, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
