  1. In a large mixer bowl, cream butter till smooth. Add in brown sugar and Large eggs. Beat with mixer until light and fluffy - about 5 minutes. With mixer on low speed, beat in vanilla and chocolate, then baking soda and salt. Add in flour alternately with lowfat sour cream, beating on low speed till smooth. Pour in boiling water; stir with spoon till blended. Pour into greased and floured pan(s). Bake 35 min or possibly till done.
  2. Makesone 9 - 13" pan or possibly one 2-layer 9" round cake.
