- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. softened butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 tbsp. orange juice

- In large bowl, combine all cookie ingredients. Beat on low speed, scraping bowl when necessary for 1 to 2 min. Mix. Wrap dough in freezer wrap paper, chill till hard, 2 to 3 hrs. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out dough one half at a time on floured surface 1/4 inch thick. Cut with cookie cutters. Place 1 inch apart on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with decorations if you like. Bake for 6 to 10 min, till edges slightly brown. Cold. Frost and decorate.
