Ingredients: 2 c. Flour; 2 c. Sugar; 2 x Large eggs; 1 tsp Vanilla; 2 tsp Baking soda; 1 c. Minced walnuts; 1 can (20 Ounce.) crushed pineapple, with juice; 8 ounce Cream cheese; 1 stk margarine; 1 1/2 c. Dark brown sugar; 1 tsp Vanilla

Ингредиенты

2 c. Flour
2 c. Sugar
2 x Large eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Baking soda
1 c. Minced walnuts
1 can (20 Ounce.) crushed pineapple, with juice
8 ounce Cream cheese
1 stk margarine
1 1/2 c. Dark brown sugar
1 tsp Vanilla

Инструкции

Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a spoon till well blended, pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 deg. for 35 minutes.
While it's baking, mix the frosting.
"Frosting"
Beat with electric mixer till smooth and creamy, Pour over hot cake and poke with a fork to let some of the frosting seep down into the cake. Serve hot or possibly cool, equally good.This is the most popular recipe I've ever used.
