- 1/2 pound beef, cut into thin strips
- 2 lg. tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
- 1 lg. onion, sliced

- Marinate beef with sauce for 5-10 min. Pan fry gently for 1 minute. Remove from pan. Fry celery, onion and tomatoes. Add in gravy. Mix and cook gently for 2 min. Add in beef. Mix well and serve.
