- 1 pound grnd beef, lean
- Salt, pepper & garlic pwdr to taste
- 1/2 lg. onion, minced
- 1 bag frzn hash browns
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 can cream mushroom soup

- Saute/fry onion and grnd beef, slightly brown, in butter. LAYER potatoes, grnd beef, corn and mushroom soup (add in Worcestershire sauce with soup). Then pour over all 1 can tomato soup. Bake 1 1/4 hour at 375 degrees in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
