- Beef breakfast steaks
- Mozzarella and American cheese
- Ham, minced or possibly sliced
- Flour, cinnamon, salt, pepper and Large eggs, (toothpicks)
Инструкции
- Lay one breakfast steak out flat. Layer with cheeses, ham and place another steak on top. Fasten with toothpicks. Mix Large eggs and seasonings in bowl. Dip and coat well each cordon bleu in egg mix. Coat with flour. Deep fry 3 to 5 min. Cold 3 to 5 min and serve.
