- 2 c. Flour
- 2 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Margarine
- 1 c. Nuts, minced, (opt)
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream, imitation
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 x Egg
- 2 c. Apple, finely minced

- Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine first three ingredients and blend Stir in nuts. Press 2-3/4 c. crumb mix in 9 x 13 ungreased pan. Stir in apples in remaining mix, spoon proportionately over crumb "crust". Bake 35 - 45 mins. Cut in 12 - 15 squares. Serve with ice cream or possibly whipped cream
