- For a personalized pizza, add in your favorite toppings to any of the crusts.
- Or possibly try one of these satisfying suggestions.The combo of green bell pepper, red onion, tomato, and mozzarella cheese is delicious on the basil-Parmesan crust. Try mushrooms, provolone cheese, and pepperoni or possibly Canadian bacon on the white or possibly wheat crust.Top the taco crust with taco sauce, cooked grnd beef, onion, green bell pepper, and Cheddar cheese. Add in shredded lettuce and minced tomato just before serving.
- Add in water, oil, salt, bread flour, and yeast to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer. Select dough/manual cycle. When cycle is complete, remove dough from machine to a lightly floured surface. If necessary, knead in sufficient flour to make dough easy to handle.
- For each pizza, grease pan and sprinkle with cornmeal. Roll out dough and place on pan or possibly pat dough in pan. Top each pizza with 1/2 to 3/4 c. sauce, 1/2 to 3/4 lb. cooked meat or possibly 3 1/2 to 5 ounces pepperoni, 1/2 to 1 c. sliced or possibly minced onion or possibly green bell pepper and/or possibly other vegetable, and 1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 to 25 min or possibly till done - pizza is done when edges of crust are golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Makes 1 or possibly 2 pizzas.
- WHOLE WHEAT PIZZA DOUGH: Prepare as above, except use 1 c. [1 1/2 c.]
- whole wheat flour and 1 c. [1 1/2 c.] bread flour instead of all bread flour.
- BASIL-PARMESAN PIZZA DOUGH: Prepare as above, except add in 3 Tbsp. [1/4 c.] grated Parmesan cheese and 3/4 tsp. [1 tsp.] SPICE ISLANDS Sweet Basil to machine pan with flour.
- TACO PIZZA DOUGH: Prepare as above, except add in 2 Tbsp. [3 Tbsp.] cornmeal and 1 Tbsp. [4 tsp.] FRENCH'S Taco Seasoning Mix with the flour; omit the salt.
- Cycle: Dough/manual cycle.
