Ingredients: 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast; 2 1/2 c. bread flour; 3/4 c. barley flour; 1/3 c. rolled oats; 3 Tbsp. wheat germ; 3 Tbsp. powdered lowfat milk; 3 Tbsp. grated orange zest; 3 Tbsp. sesame seeds (optional); 1 1/2 tsp salt; 3 Tbsp. honey; 1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil; 1 1/3 c. water

Measure all ingredients into bread machine pan in the order suggested by machine's manufacturer. Process on basic cycle.
This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
Yield: 1 loaf
