- 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Oats
- 2 Tbsp. Onion, grated
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Chili Pwdr Barbeque Sauce (See Recipe)

- Mix all ingredients except Barbecue Sauce. Shape mix into 16 patties; place in ungreased baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Pour Barbecue Sauce over patties. Bake in 350 degrees F., oven uncovered, 1 hour.
