  1. Crush garlic in bowl and add in extra virgin olive oil. Mix together and set aside. Wash and place shrimp in an oblong baking dish. Sprinkle liberally with black pepper and sprinkle with salt. Dot tops of shrimp with butter. Add in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, wine, lemon juice and sprinkle parsley on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till shrimp are cooked. Serve with warm French bread and green salad. The juice is delicious. Shrimp don't have to be deheaded.
