- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Dark rum
- 1 Tbsp. Creme de Banana
- 3 lrg Bananas, split and sliced Vanilla ice cream ds Cinnamon

- In a wide skillet, heat butter and sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly till mix has blended to caramel.
- Add in liquors and ignite. (Use caution!) Heat bananas in mix for 2 min and serve over ice cream. Sprinkle w a dash of cinnamon.
