Ingredients: 1 1/4 c. Sifted flour; 1 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr; 1/4 tsp Baking soda; 1/4 tsp Salt; 1 dsh Cloves, (opt); 1/2 tsp Cinnamon; 1/4 tsp Nutmeg; 1/2 c. Crisco; 1/2 c. Plus 2Tbsp. sugar; 1 x Egg; 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract; 3/4 c. Mashed bananas; 1/4 c. Mashed bananas; 1/4 tsp Lemonjuice; 1 c. Confectioners sugar

Ингредиенты

1 1/4 c. Sifted flour
1 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1 dsh Cloves, (opt)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. Plus 2Tbsp. sugar
1 x Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
3/4 c. Mashed bananas
1/4 c. Mashed bananas
1/4 tsp Lemonjuice
1 c. Confectioners sugar

Инструкции

Mix all ingredients together, spoon into paper lined muffin pan and bake 20 min at 375 degrees.
Cold completely and frost with banana frosting (following)
