Ingredients: 3 med Bananas, extra ripe, peeled; 4 x Large eggs, clean, uncracked; 2 c. Whipping cream; 1 c. Half & half; 1 c. Sugar; 1/2 c. Chocolate syrup; 2 Tbsp. Instant coffee crystals; 2 tsp Vanilla; 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon; 1/8 tsp Salt

Ингредиенты

3 med Bananas, extra ripe, peeled
4 x Large eggs, clean, uncracked
2 c. Whipping cream
1 c. Half & half
1 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Chocolate syrup
2 Tbsp. Instant coffee crystals
2 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
1/8 tsp Salt

Инструкции

Slice bananas into blender; process till pureed (1-1/2 c.). Add in Large eggs; process to blend. Pour banana mix and remaining ingredients into ice cream freezer container. Stir till sugar dissolves and mix is blended.
Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
Makes 1-1/2 qts.
