- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs, unbeaten

- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 c. sour lowfat milk or possibly buttermilk
- 1 c. mashed bananas
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

- Cream together first 5 ingredients. Add in remaining ingredients to creamed mix.
- Whip cream and spread between layers. Slice bananas and arrange on top layer.
