- 2 med Onions, sweet
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. Apricot preserves
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 pch Cayenne pepper
Инструкции
- Cut onions in half lengthwise. Rub with extra virgin olive oil. Bakeat 400 degrees 40 min to 1 hour. Remove to serving dish. Sauce: Mix together and boil till well combined. Pour over onions. Serve hot or possibly at room temp.
