- 6 x chicken breasts (to 8)
- 1 pkt dry ranch dip mix
- 1 c. fine unseasoned bread crumbs
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese shredded
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Инструкции
- Combine ranch dip mix, bread crumbs and cheese and toss. Dip chicken breasts in lowfat milk and then into bread crumb mix. Place in a 13x9 inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min.
