- 3 lb Flounder
- 6 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. Onions, browned, minced
- 1 x Clove garlic, mincee, browned
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley
- 1/4 c. Dry white wine
- 1 x Lemon, juice of Salt & pepper to taste Flour

- Place fish in baking dish or possibly pan. Prepare a sauce by browning garlic, onion in melted butter. When brown, add in parsley, wine and lemon juice. Blend sauce. Pour sauce over fish; sprinkle with salt, pepper, flour. Bake covered 10 minutes. at 375 Degrees. Uncover, basting with melted butter and dry white wine. Bake (ten min more or possibly till done to taste. Also for: Flounder, mackerel, weakfish, grouper, snapper, bass etc. Suggestions: Vary the ingredients of the sauce with other recipes.
