Ингредиенты
- Chicken â quartered
- Marinade:
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 3 cloves garlic â crushed & chopped
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- Dashes of dried Oregano
- Warm Salsa:
- 3 avocados - diced
- 1 quart of grape tomatoes â halved
- 1 cup of crushed feta cheese
- 1 small red onion â sliced
- 1 small yellow onion â sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic â chopped
- 1 tsp capers
- ½ cup of cilantro â chopped
- 4 slices of bacon â cut
- Olive oil â to drizzle

- Preheat oven 350 degrees:
- Combine the ingredients for the marinade and top over the chicken. Bake the chicken for 45-50 minutes.
- Warm Salsa:
- On a heated griddle place the bacon and all the veggies, EXCEPT the avocados and cilantro. Grill the veggies until the bacon is done and the onions are golden. Place in a bowl and add the avocado, cilantro and the feta.
- Serve with the chicken.
