Ingredients: 8 x chicken breasts, deboned; 2 Tbsp. lemon juice salt; 8 slc boiled ham; 8 slc tomato; 6 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil; 2 Tbsp. thyme salt & pepper; 8 slc Swiss cheese aluminum foil

Ингредиенты

8 x chicken breasts, deboned
2 Tbsp. lemon juice salt
8 slc boiled ham
8 slc tomato
6 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp. thyme salt & pepper
8 slc Swiss cheese aluminum foil

Инструкции

Cut foil into 12in squares, place chicken in center. Combine oil, lemon juice, thyme, and mix well. Spoon over breasts. Seal foil well and place in a 350 Dutch oven for 30 min. Open foil and place one slice ham, cheese, and tomato over each breast. Bake open for 3-5 min. Serve.
