- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 3/4 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 x egg
- 1/2 c. grated apple or possibly
- 3/4 c. applesauce
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk

- Fill 12 greased muffin c. 2/3 full, bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. Remove from pan, brush with 1/4 c. butter and then roll in mix of 2/3 c. sugar and 2 teaspoon cinnamon.
