- 2 c. confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 3/4 c. evaporated lowfat milk

- In a saucepan over low heat, heat the butter and chocolate. Remove from the heat; add in about 1/3 of the sugar and 1/3 of the evaporated lowfat milk. Stir in and add in half the remaining sugar and evaporated lowfat milk; stir again and add in the rest of the
- sugar and evaporated lowfat milk. Stir till smooth. Return to the stove and simmer for 8-10 min.
