Ингредиенты
- 1 lb Shrimp, cleaned & deveined
- 3 lrg Garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 lrg Lemon, halved
- 1/4 c. Butter, cracked
- 1 tsp Black pepper, cracked
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper, grnd
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Warm sauce, to taste
- 1 sprg chives, garnish
Инструкции
- Heat frying pan, add in the butter and garlic, saute/fry for 2 min. Add in the shrimp, cayenne pepper, black pepper, thyme, salt, warm sauce and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Cook till shrimp are pink. Garnish with chives.
- NOTES : Shrimp cooks very quickly, don't overcook.
