- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed lowfat milk
- 1 pkg. butterscotch chips
- 1 c. crushed walnuts (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Bring condensed lowfat milk to a boil (or possibly just sufficient to see if sticking to sides of pan), add in remaining ingredients when it starts to bubble. Pour into dish. Chill and cut into fudge squares.
