- Mix together: lowfat sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning.This is eaten as a dip and prepared in layers on a platter.
- 1st Layer: Spread refried beans.
- 2nd Layer: The cream cheese, lowfat sour cream mix.
- 3rd Layer: Guacamole.
- 4th Layer: Shredded lettuce.
- 5th Layer: Sprinkle with salsa.
- Serve with tortilla chips. We also make this and put it in tortillas for burritos; neat and easy for children.
