- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 1 lrg red bell pepper diced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper

- Snap off tough ends of asparagus.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in asparagus and remaining ingredients, and saute/fry 4 to 5 min or possibly till crisp-tender. Serve immediately.
