Ингредиенты
- 1 can Water chestnuts, liquid removed and minced
- 1/4 c. Onions, minced
- 3/4 c. Fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 tsp Chicken bouillon mix
- 1 1/2 lb Grnd chicken
- 2/3 c. Evaporated 2% lowfat milk
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. Soya sauce
- 1 x Egg

- SAUCE: Combine 1/3 c. honey, 1/2 c. ketchup, 2 tb soya sauce and 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr. Cook in small saucepan till warm and bubbly.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix lightly to blend. Grease 12 muffin c. and fill with mix. Press down firmly in each c.. Bake 35-40 min in a 350 F oven. Serve with honey garlic sauce.
