Ingredients: 1 can Artichoke hearts, liquid removed and minced (15-oz); 12 ounce Mozzarella cheese; 1 c. Mayonnaise; 1 c. Parmesan cheese; 1/2 tsp Chopped garlic; 1 tsp Chives; 1/2 tsp Parsley; 1 tsp Lemon juice

Ингредиенты

1 can Artichoke hearts, liquid removed and minced (15-oz)
12 ounce Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Chopped garlic
1 tsp Chives
1/2 tsp Parsley
1 tsp Lemon juice

Инструкции

Mix all the ingredients in a 5 by 9-inch baking dish. Cook at 325 degrees for 45 min. Serve hot with crackers or possibly fresh bread.
Yield: 10 servings as a dip
