Ингредиенты
- 1/2 x cu up vegetable shortening
- 1 x egg or possibly egg substitute 1/3 cu up cocoa
- 1/2 tsp sp salt 1/4 cu up water

- 1 Tablespoons ts baking pwdr 1/3 cu up sugar replacement; -(granulated)
- 2 c cake flour1/2 ts sp grnd cinnamon1/2 ts sp baking soda1 c unsweetened applesauce
- 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
- 2 Cream together shortening and sugar replacement. Add in egg and blend well.
- 3 Sift all dry ingredients together and add in alternately with applesauce and water to creamed mix. Be sure to add in flour first and last.
- 4 Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees F for 12-15 min.
- Makes 40 cookies
