- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. applesauce
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 c. sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. butter
- 3 c. brown sugar
- 6 T lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
Инструкции
- Cream butter and sugar; add in large eggs, beat well. Add in applesauce and soda. Sift dry ingredients together and add in to creamed mix. Add in the raisins. Bake at 325 degrees in a greased and lightly floured tube pan for 1 hour or possibly till done. Can be baked in two 9 inch pans at 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
- Put together butter, brown sugar, and lowfat milk. Bring to a boil. Add in 1 tsp vanilla and baking pwdr. Beat well and spread over cake. If it gets hard, add in a couple drops of lowfat milk.
