- 3 c. Apples finely minced
- 3 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 pkt Date-nut quick bread mix
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 14 ounce Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 c. Walnuts minced
- 6 ounce Cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Margarine or possibly butter soft
- 4 c. Powdered sugar
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 350 . In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
- Pour into a greased and floured 15 x 10 jelly roll pan. Bake 30 min or possibly till golden brown. Cold. Spread with cream cheese frosting. Cut into bars.
- Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator. Cream Cheese Frosting; In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, margarine and vanilla till fluffy. Add in powdered sugar; mix well.
