Ingredients: 2 c. finely minced tart apples (peeled); 3/4 c. sugar; 2 Tbsp. Flour; 1/2 tsp vanilla; 1/8 tsp salt; 1 c. lowfat sour cream (Lite work fine); 1 x egg; 1 x pie shell, unbaked Topping; 1/3 c. sugar; 1 tsp cinnamon; 1/3 c. flour; 1/4 c. butter

2 c. finely minced tart apples (peeled)
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. Flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1 c. lowfat sour cream (Lite work fine)
1 x egg
1 x pie shell, unbaked Topping
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

Инструкции

Mix 3/4 c. sugar and 2 Tbsp flour; add in lowfat sour cream, egg, vanilla and salt.
Add in apples; pour into unbaked pie shell (9" pie pan). Bake at 425 degrees F for 20 min. Combine 1/3 c. sugar with 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/3 c. flour; cut in butter. Sprinkle over pie and return to oven. Bake another 20 min at 325 degrees F.
