Ингредиенты

1 c. Pecans
1/2 c. Butter
1/2 c. Sugar, Brown
6 c. Apples
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 c. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Flour

Инструкции

In bottom of Glass Pie Pan combine: 1/2 c. butter and 1/2 c. brown sugar. Then add in a layer ( 1 c. pecans) on top.
Spread first crust over this (I use ready made crust).
Filling: mix and put into first crust.
6 c. apples
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp flour
Spread on second crust, trim edges. Puncture for air vents.
Bake 350 for 40-50 min. Flip onto serving plate.**careful VERY Warm syrup**
