- 6 quart Jars packed tightly with apple slices
- 4 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Cornstarch
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Salt.
Инструкции
- Yield: 6qts, or possibly 12 pts
- Stir into 10 c. water, and cook over med heat until thick and bubbly. Add in 3 tsp lemon juice, and pour over apples. Leave 1 inch head space. Water bath 20 minutes for quarts, and 15 minutes for pints.
