Ingredients: 5 med Green apples, cored, peeled, minced; 1 c. Dry peaches; 1 c. Dry apricots; 1/2 c. Golden brown raisins; 4 x Cloves garlic, chopped; 2 c. Wine vinegar; 2 1/2 c. Sugar; 1 1/2 tsp Salt; 1/2 tsp Red chili pepper, grnd

Ингредиенты

5 med Green apples, cored, peeled, minced
1 c. Dry peaches
1 c. Dry apricots
1/2 c. Golden brown raisins
4 x Cloves garlic, chopped
2 c. Wine vinegar
2 1/2 c. Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Red chili pepper, grnd

Инструкции

Combine all ingredients in sauce pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 min.
Place in food processer and lightly process so which there are chunks about 1/2 inch in size.
Place in glass container and let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 days.
