- 1 c. All purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Oats
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 x egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c. apple peeled and minced
- 1/3 c. nuts minced

- Mix dry ingredients together in bowl. EAdd remaining ingredients: EMixture will be quite thick. EPour into a greased 8 x 8 pan. EBake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
